How to process an application?

Application processing generally refers to the processing of applications that have been submitted through www.SAAngelTree.org. 

To view applications ready or processing, go to Applicants > Applicant Records. This report shows you applications ready to be reviewed or those in the process of getting reviewed and approved. The best way to determine where an application is in the review process is by the application status. Here is a list of application statuses.
 

Application Statuses

• Pending - This status refers to applications that have been completed by the applicant and are ready for processing. 
• Submitted - This status refers to applications that have been reviewed by intake staff, assigned a distribution appointment and submitted for approval. 
• Supervisor Approved - This status refers to applications that have received supervisor approval. 
• Admin Approved - This status refers to applications that have been fully reviewed approved and awaiting distribution day. 
• Returned To Applicant - This status refers to any applications that were sent back to the applicant to complete or to be updated. 
• Draft - This status refers to applications that have been started but not completed by the applicant. NOTE: Applications in this status do not appear on this report automatically. They need to be enabled in the filter options.
